Shipping Costs, Transit, And Handling Time?
Order handling time: 2 – 3 business days ( Monday to Friday)
Order Transit time: 7 – 10 business days ( Monday to Friday)

When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.
Change Of Address
Once the package is en route, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location of your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order change
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you want to return a product, you need to start the return process once you have received the item.
Item not received
If you’ve successfully made an order but the tracking status indicates that it hasn’t been delivered yet. You should contact the carrier to locate your goods because we have no control over it after it is ready (once it is delivered by carrier), but if difficulties persist, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
It’s possible that tracking information won’t be available at all times. It’s possible that the tracking information in the app hasn’t been updated due to a technical issue. If you are still unable to identify your item in these circumstances, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you in addressing our issue as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will take care of this for you.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Can I see preview of my final custom photo ornaments before shipping?
Please be advised that previews of the final custom photo ornaments are not available. Upon ordering, customers agree to trust our expertise in creating the finished product based on the provided specifications and design choices. Our company headquarters is located in Vietnam and our products are designed here. We offer a wide variety of products, some shipped from our warehouse in Vietnam and others shipped from our overseas facilities in other countries including USA, China , India, etc. For products shipped internationally, shipping times will be longer than for products shipped domestically, but still adhere to the shipping timeframe stated above.
